The bug is of a good quality and works exactly as you would expect.
HOWEVER. When in the "hot" state, the mug turns a mostly grey color.
Basically if you look at picture 3 on the "cold" state, it actually is that color when it is hot, and a dark / black color when it is cold.
The grey color doesn't look too great I will admit, makes it look quite faded.
It is a good mug, but the photos don't adequately represent the hot / cold color change of the actual mug.
