Pradėjus žaisti Biomutant labai greitai galime pastebėti kokios didžiulės šio žaidimo kūrėjų ambicijos. Begalė įvairių mechanikų (vienos jų įdomesnės, kitos ne tiek), tačiau deja, ne viskas iki galo išbaigta. Žaidžiant nepasitaikė jokių didesnių problemų (ar bugų), tačiau gameplay prasme žaidimas vis tiek truputi nuvylė.
