While the adventures are still separate sections, this book contains a revised, campaign-spanning overview, combined appendices, and includes a concept art gallery. The campaign has also been rebalanced to be easier for new Dungeon Masters to run and to provide a better play experience.

What is an Adventure Book?

This book presents Dungeon Master’s with the raw materials of a story to immerse their players in.

It includes backstory to set the stage and chapter-by-chapter events and resources for progressing that story toward an epic conclusion—with maps and locations for adventurers to explore, people and creatures for them to interact with, and thrilling premade encounters.

No two adventures will play out the same. Players will develop their own ideas for how to handle these situations, which can take the adventure in unexpected directions. But it's those moments that make some of the best stories.
